"William P. McElligott (Willie) currently offers a series of workshops designed to stimulate your creative process through visual design; exploring the elements of light, colour and composition."

For the past 8 years, Willie has been conducting a series of Photographic Workshops designed to stimulate your creative process. These courses are offered both in Ottawa in the Spring and the Gatineau Park in the Fall.

Emphasis is on Visual Design exploring the elements of colour, shape, line, texture and perspective. Architecture and Nature are the subject matter.

The Observation Sessions take place at his Studio, located at Meech Lake in the heart of the Gatineau Park. This tranquil environment insures a relaxed atmosphere to absorb and retain the information given.

Coming from a self-taught education Willie says, "The workshop experience awakens one's eyes to seeing the light in a manner that can be shared with other participants for the sheer joy of it. It re-kindles one's creative spirit."

Open to all photographers from beginner to advanced. A Digital SLR, tripod and laptop with viewing software is required to take the Digital SLR courses. (please, no point & shoot digital)
